Counter Templating

The template is so important because it’s the pattern of your kitchen.

Unlike other measurement methods, a wood template functions as the actual physical dimensions of your counter space. Using this technique we can ensure there are no errors in translating the cuts to the stone. There will be no problems with scale, no loss of data—just the exact measurement needed to get the job done right.

Avoiding Cross-Grained Stone

We never cross-grain your countertops to conserve material; instead, we’ll cut into the adjacent stone in the set so that the colors and pattern in your counters flow in one direction.

This lets the finished product appear seamless, and the overall effect on the room is absolutely breathtaking. All counter edges that are exposed are finished on the bottom as well as the top. Polishing is done with diamond pads and water instead of stone. This imparts a longer-lasting brilliance to your counter.
